My partner and I came to Frank looking to get fit together. We started with two sessions a week and I very quickly signed up for 1-2-1 sessions & Bootcamps as well. I love it. Frank is absolutely brilliant. He knows how hard to push us, when to take it easy (which is not often), he's helped me get my head around not obsessing with the scales but concentrating on how I feel and how my clothes fit. I am toned & strong, I look forward to every session, even the ones I think I would rather have half an hour extra in bed. Frank has been my PT for almost a year now, he is supportive and encouraging, he engages more than any other PT I've had before! I started off powerlifting then switched to getting a place on the London marathon, so had to completely change my style of gym work, which he's managed to do, and he keeps coming up with new ideas to add to my collection of gym work outs!
